I requested proposals to replace our Master Bath mirror from several area glass vendors, and Belpre was the most reponsive and professional in providing a date for someone to come to my home for an estimate, and had a very quick turn around for the proposal. I must also note that the cost was much more reasonable than the competitors.
Once I signed the proposal and provided the deposit, your office quickly contacted me to set up an appointment for installation. Other competitors estimated 4-6 weeks for installation. Finally BelPre's installation team was on time and very professional and quick with the installation process.
The mirror looks GREAT, the quality is EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Belpre glass for future work. As we consider remodeling our bathroom, inlcluding the shower enclosure I will definetely contact Belpre again for future work.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you and Bel Pre. The two gentlemen that came to my clients today to install the backsplash and to work on that scratch were excellent. They installed the splash with no issues and were able to remove the very deep scratch in the glass counter after a lot of work and one t-shirt (you can ask them about that!) The client is happy, which of course makes me happy. Please thank them again for their hard work.

After speaking with Peter Ross on Friday to have some minor service work done, he scheduled it for today between 10-11am. How immediate a response is that?
At 9:58am Brian & Jose arrived. They have been here before and immediately recognized the jobs they have done for us. Jose even remembered our night table with the electrical hook-up that he did over six months ago. Brian, too, remembered doing a credenza glass top that needed special consideration. How is that for personal relationships?
In less than 10 minutes, they completed the required work. It was excellent and carefully executed. They were so pleasant and so personable that our morning began with a good feeling. So good, that I am compelled to write this letter to you immediately.
